• All services are delivered digitally — no physical shipping is involved.
• Typical delivery times vary depending on the service:
  • 3D Content Trial / Single Render: Instant delivery via download link or email.
  • Essentials Package / Premium Services: Delivery times are outlined in your project proposal and confirmed before work begins.
• Clients will receive files in standard digital formats (JPEG, PNG, MP4, etc.), or as agreed per project.
• Clients are responsible for ensuring correct contact info and file specifications are provided during submission.
