• All products sold on this store are digital services (3D renders, video content, photography, animation, or other multimedia services).
• Deliverables are provided digitally via email, download links, or cloud access as specified per product.

2. Final Sale

• All purchases are final. Due to the nature of our work, once a service project has begun or a digital file has been delivered, refunds are not available.

3. Intellectual Property

• Good Vibe Visuals retains the right to display work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• Clients are granted usage rights as defined in their purchase or project agreement.

4. Modifications and Revisions

• Any revisions or modifications to a project are subject to the specific package or service terms purchased.
• Additional changes outside of the original scope may incur additional fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Good Vibe Visuals is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of delivered services.
• We provide services “as is”, with reasonable skill and care.
